After my daughter was born, I had become unhappy with myself. Feel low on energy
and not liking who stared back at me in the mirror.
I would hated the way my clothes fit and did not enjoy going out on social occasions.
I decided I needed to change and to do so I needed to do things differently, not going
n all or nothing like I had before.
Building habits and behaviours that made it work for my lifestyle, simplifying my nutrition and putting the enjoyment back into my training.
This allowed me to see the results I wanted both physically and mentally.
Now a proud Dad of two, this journey brought me to want to help others find their way too.
