Why I started
MASE 4 FITNESS
MASE 4 Fitness is a personal training business born out of wanting to help fitness have the same impact on others as it has me.
I am a proud husband and father of two amazing kids.
I was always a casual gym goer, lifting weights but not seeing the results I wanted and not understanding why.
It wasn't until I created the picture of where I want to get to that it fell into place for me.
Exercise and Nutrition should not be complicated or too restricting. It should be something that works for you and you find sustainable in the long run.
My approach became the norm for me by creating healthy habits and finding my own way - not copying workouts or diet plans from a magazine or a youtuber.
This is what I want to help people achieve - by realising that their goal, whether this is a specific look or desired weigh, it does not have to be done using crash diets and can work well with your lifestyle. This includes still enjoying social events.
For me this is not just about sending workout and diet plans - it is to set people up with the tools needed to become a lifestyle rather than a phase. Reaching goals by creating healthy routines and habits in a simplistic way.
